Booked a transport from Tulsa to Phoenix last month. Quote was $850 with a pickup window of 2 days. The driver showed up on time but said my car was going on a different truck at a yard outside Oklahoma City. Nobody called me about the switch. I found out when I called for a status check 3 days later and the dispatcher acted like I should already know. How do you all vet brokers so this does not happen?
