Found a better way to handle seized exhaust manifold nuts
In my experience, soaking them in penetrating oil overnight does the job without breaking them, take this with a grain of salt.

I always used heat, but overnight oil soaks really do the trick.

Tbh, I've never tried overnight oil soaks like you said. Heat usually works for me, but it can be hit or miss. What kind of oil do you use, and does it work every time?
