Customer feedback about my rough quotes turned out to be right

A client in Denver told me my bid sheet felt like a ransom note, all caps and zero line breaks. I switched to a simple table layout with plain language explanations last month, and my acceptance rate jumped from 40% to around 65%. Anyone else make a change based on one customer's complaint?
