Hit my 500th removal last Friday and my climbing line finally got retired
Never thought I'd care about a rope hitting a number, but when the boss handed me a new line at the yard in Dayton after that storm cleanup, I realized 500 removals means 500 times I trusted the same splice, so how often are you all replacing lines by count versus by inspection?
