Customer's "haunted" dryer turned out to be a squirrel nest, not ghosts
Got a call last Thursday from a lady in Pasadena saying her dryer made screaming noises every night around 2am. She was convinced it was spirits. I opened the back panel and found a whole nest of leaves, lint, and a very grumpy squirrel that had chewed through the vent hose. It took me 45 minutes to coax it out with a broom and a trash can. She paid $180 for the service call and kept apologizing to the squirrel. Has anyone else had wildlife in their machines? I'm thinking about adding a critter removal charge to my invoice.

Bless her heart, that squirrel probably scared her more than any ghost ever could. Glad you got it out without anyone getting hurt!
