PSA: I Found Out That Air Fryer Chicken Wings Take Basically Zero Effort
I've been cooking wings in a regular oven for years and always hated how long they took and how messy the splatter got. Last week I finally tried the air fryer and got super crispy wings in 20 minutes at 400 degrees with just a little baking powder rub, no oil needed at all. My husband didn't believe they weren't fried until he bit into one and heard the crunch. Now I'm wondering what else I've been wasting time on. Has anyone tried doing frozen wings straight from the bag without thawing first, or does that mess up the texture?
