The jump from hand-drawn wireframes to AI mockups in my design shop
Two years back I ran a small studio in Austin, maybe 5 clients a month, and every new project started with pencil sketches and a scanner. Around February I started feeding those rough layouts into a generative tool that outputs clickable UI drafts, and the first pass now gets us to a usable prototype in about 40 minutes instead of two full afternoons. Has anyone else seen their early-stage feedback shift from pixel talk to actual flow problems, or is that just my client group?
