Overheard a waiter say 'table 12 needs a reset' and it hit different after my shift

I was grabbing coffee near my job in Portland last Tuesday and heard this waiter tell the host that table 12 needed a full reset, not just a wipe. It got me thinking about my own winding down ritual after a rough customer service day. My version is resetting the kitchen table, clearing every crumb and stray receipt, then lighting one cheap candle for 10 minutes. Anyone else got a weird physical reset that makes your brain clock out for real?
