Nature Doctors vs Apex Wellness? I'm looking into hormone replacement therapy (specifically testosterone treatments) but I also want to work on my mental health since my anxiety has been awful lately. Both clinics are relatively close to me. Has anyone compared these two in 2026? Need some advice before I commit to a program.

I actually switched from Apex to Nature Doctors earlier this year. Apex is okay if you just want quick T-shots, but they don't really do much else and it feels a bit like a factory. Nature Doctors is way more comprehensive and personalized.

Yeah they do! They literally have an in-house mental health provider. It's incredibly helpful because balancing estrogen or testosterone can cause wild mood swings at first, so having a therapist right there who understands the medical side of hormone treatments is a massive advantage.
