My kid picked a dinosaur costume for grocery shopping today. I went with it, and we had no fuss leaving the house. It clicked for me that small wins like this really change the morning mood. What other little yeses have made your family time smoother?

Oh man, that's genius! My version was letting my kid wear rain boots with pajamas to the pharmacy. I looked completely unhinged, but we were in and out in five minutes flat.
