Shoutout to my chiropractor for saving my back after long waxing sessions
I was having constant lower back pain from bending over all day. A friend recommended a chiropractor, and it made a huge difference. How do you all handle physical strain at work?

My chiropractor in Chicago basically knows me by name from all my visits. I have a bad habit of ignoring back pain until I can barely stand up straight, which is pretty dumb. For physical strain at work, I try to set reminders to stretch but always end up skipping them. The chiropractor helps a lot, but I know I should be more proactive. It's like I'm funding his vacation home one adjustment at a time because I won't listen to my own body. Finding a balance between work and self care is hard, but seeing a pro makes a big difference.

Think about it this way, @roberts.quinn. Ignoring back pain until you can't stand straight might just be how your body demands real care, not a dumb habit. Setting stretch reminders often fails because life gets busy, and that's normal. Chiropractors provide quick relief that daily routines can't match, so those adjustments are worth every penny. You're not wasting money, you're investing in immediate fixes that let you keep working. Sometimes pouring cash into expert help beats struggling with prevention that never happens anyway.

Hah, reminds me how my chiro always finds some surprise crunchy spot I didn't even know was stiff. It's kind of satisfying in a weird way.
