Old timer in Columbus told me to check dumpsters behind office supply stores
He said they toss perfectly good filing cabinets and desk chairs all the time, and I found a $300 steelcase chair on my second try. Anyone else have a hidden spot like that?

and once you start noticing it you'll see perfectly good stuff tossed everywhere, not just offices.

My neighbor's kid found a perfectly good mini fridge on the curb last week, and it even still had the power cord. @hannah_perry made me realize these things are everywhere if you just keep your eyes open. I ended up taking an old office chair from a dumpster myself and it's been my gaming chair for two years now.
