My cousin Brenda runs a small bakery up in Duluth and kept telling me to drop my paid email service for this cheap plugin she found. I rolled my eyes for about 3 months, then tried it and my open rate jumped from 19 percent to 34 percent on the first send. She still brings it up every Thanksgiving, which I suppose I deserve. Has anyone else had a cheap tool outperform the big one you were paying for?
