Debate: Scheduling bulk social posts vs. real-time posting

I used to batch write 20 LinkedIn posts a month in Hootsuite, but engagement tanked after I switched. Now I'm writing them day-of on my phone during lunch. Anyone else ditch the schedulers or is that just me?

Did you notice a difference in how people reacted to the scheduled stuff versus the lunch posts? I stopped automating my personal account stuff and the conversations got way more real.

Did you find people actually opened up more once you went live with your posts? I had the same experience when I stopped scheduling my personal stuff. The lunch shots and random thoughts got way more engagement and real comments than the polished, timed posts ever did. It's wild how much more genuine the conversations feel when people know there's a human behind the account.
