Started flossing at 9pm sharp for 21 days and my dentist actually noticed the change
I kept skipping floss because I would always do it right before bed and then just fall asleep. So 3 weeks ago I started flossing at 9pm while watching TV on the couch instead. My dentist appointment was Tuesday in Dayton and she asked what changed because my gums stopped bleeding when she poked them. I told her about the 9pm thing and she laughed but said timing habits to something you already do is the whole trick. The weird part is I also stopped snacking after 9 because I did not want to floss twice. Has anyone else glued a habit to a time of day instead of a place? Curious if the morning people do better than the night people here.
