My landlord in Austin handed me a $2 squeegee on move in day and said wiping the shower takes 30 seconds, and I rolled my eyes for about 8 months. Then I noticed my neighbor's unit during a repair visit, her grout was gray and gross while mine still looks new, and I felt like a jerk for ever doubting it. Now it's just part of my routine, but does anyone else have a tiny habit someone pushed on them that turned out to actually matter?
