Bought a $3 clicker at PetSmart and my dog now walks 4 miles instead of 1
I grabbed one of those little tally clickers on a whim last Tuesday because my beagle Gus was pulling me home after 15 minutes every single walk. Turns out I was the problem, not him. I started clicking every time he stayed next to me and by Thursday we were out for an hour and a half without him dragging once. Yesterday we hit 4.2 miles around the park and he was still sniffing for more. Has anyone tried one of these with a stubborn dog, or did it just work on mine because he is food crazy?
