Pro tip: I stopped taking the 7:15 express from Summit and switched to the 6:50 local, and I can't tell which one is actually better

The express saves 12 minutes but it's standing room only past Newark, while the local gets me a seat and I get to work only 4 minutes later. Is the extra comfort worth the longer ride for you, or do you just want to get there as fast as possible?
