TIL my friend uses one password for everything, even banking

I just found out my friend uses the same password for everything, from email to banking. I tried to tell him it's risky, but he says it's too hard to remember multiple passwords. How do you convince someone to start using a password manager without sounding like a nag?

Wow, that's like using the same key for your house, car, and bank vault. Password managers do all the remembering for you, so that excuse is pretty weak. What's his plan for when one site gets hacked and they all get unlocked?
