Dried beans vs canned, I finally see the light after 12 years
I always thought soaking beans overnight was a pain and canned ones were fine, but last Tuesday I forgot to soak for a potluck and had to use dry ones in a pinch with my Instant Pot. The texture was way creamier and the broth actually had flavor, not that metallic tin taste. Anyone else made the switch and found a quick soak method that beats overnight?
