Warning: cold brew is overhyped and my $4 French press wins at my desk in Boise
A barista at the shop on 8th told me cold brew is smoother because of the low acid, but I tried a 4 minute steep with medium grind beans from my French press and it beat the 12 hour batch I brewed twice. Has anyone else gone back to hot brewing after trying cold brew for a while?
