Unpopular opinion: my $12 Melitta pour over beat my $80 drip machine at 6am
I timed both for two mornings and the cheap plastic cone with a #4 filter gave me a cleaner cup while the drip pot sat there gurgling for 8 minutes. Anyone else go back to basics after a fancy machine, or is it just my tap water in Boise?
