Pro tip: my fort held up for 12 straight days before I had to take it down, and I think I found the trick
I used to rebuild mine every other night because the sheets kept slipping off the couch, but I started clipping the top corners to two binder clips on the back cushions and it just stayed put. Twelve days straight of reading in there after work and not one collapse. Anyone else got a cheap trick that keeps the roof from caving in?
Did the binder clips leave marks on your cushions? My couch has that cheap microfiber stuff that dents if you look at it wrong, so I'm curious if you had to deal with that. Also how heavy were the sheets you used, like regular cotton or something thicker?
