Noticed a real color shift in my baylage after 4 clients

I switched to painting in thinner sections last month after a stylist in Denver mentioned it at a class, and today I finally saw the before and after photos side by side. The blend looks way more natural, even on my hardest client with coarse hair. Has anyone else tried this and seen a difference in their own work?
