Hit 1,000 model revisions in Procore and it changed how I log changes

We crossed 1,000 model revisions on our downtown Austin job last week. I never paid much attention to the number until I had to track down a clash fix from 8 months ago. Turns out, our team was uploading new versions without notes half the time. So I set a rule: every upload needs a one line reason, even if it's just "moved duct 2 inches." That one habit saved us about 6 hours of digging through old files this week. Anyone else keep revision counts as a metric for how often design changes actually hit the field?
