Shoutout to the old boy in Bakersfield who showed me how to chain a mini excavator down in 2019
Back then I was loading a 3 ton Kubota onto a deckover and just running one chain over the bucket, and he walked over and showed me cross chaining the four corners with binders instead. Took me ten extra minutes the first time and now I do it every single load, haven't had a machine shift an inch since. Anybody else get taught that way or did you learn the hard way like I almost did?
