So I got way too deep into bird drone conspiracies last night
I mean, I was just scrolling through forums and ended up in a rabbit hole about birds being government drones. Idk, maybe it's just me but I actually learned how to spot edited videos now. Like, I can tell when someone has looped footage or messed with the audio. It's kinda useful, but my friends think I'm nuts for taking it so seriously.

Wait the power line recharge thing is actually a wild point. But wouldn't that mean there should be way more "birds" in cities where there's tons of power lines? Have you seen any breakdowns about where these sightings happen most, like if rural areas with fewer lines have way less bird activity?

Honestly, I've looked into this before. Most reports come from suburbs, not downtown areas, because the drones stay away from places with lots of cameras. If you want to spot one, check near power towers on town edges, not in the city center. They mix in with real birds there, so use binoculars and watch for weird wing movements.

Actually saw this breakdown once about how some "birds" have weird blinking patterns that match drone camera lenses. The whole thing about feather colors being different kinds of sensors kinda stuck with me, especially the bit about them needing to recharge, which is why they sit on power lines. Wild stuff.
