Picked a 20 dollar USB dock over a 90 dollar brand one at Micro Center in Denver, still not sure I won

Cheap one worked fine for 8 months, then started dropping my second monitor every time the AC kicked on, so now I want to know if anyone has a dock under 50 bucks that actually holds up or if I should just eat the cost and go name brand.
