Counted 41 red lights on my 7 mile bike route to work and now I can't stop thinking about it
Started tracking my stops out of boredom last Monday and hit 41 in one trip, which works out to about 15 minutes of standing still per ride. I watched three cars run the light at the 9th street crossing while I was stopped there, so it's not like the timing is helping anyone. How many lights does your route have, and does it actually feel like the city is learning anything from the bike counter data?
