A quick note about tool offsets from an old hand saved my setup time

Guy next to me at the bar after shift said I was wasting time zeroing each tool one by one. He showed me his method of writing down every offset on a dry erase board once, then reusing those numbers for repeat jobs. Cut my setup from 45 minutes to about 20 on the same part number this week. Anyone else got a trick for speeding up repeat setups?
