HOA meeting in Phoenix last month, one guy said climate stuff is 'not our problem' and I can't let it go
Neighbor stood up and said why should we pay for heat pumps when the ice caps have been melting for decades anyway. Thing is, our complex just got hit with a $12k bill for AC repairs after that 118 degree week, so it kind of is our problem. How do you even talk to someone like that without it turning into a shouting match?
