Unpopular opinion: a sweep on a bike helmet saved my head in the crawlspace
A 22-year-old helper on a job in Fort Wayne laughed and handed me his spare bike helmet after I bumped my head on a joist for the third time that morning. I felt dumb for about 10 seconds and then my skull thanked him on the next joist, since I'm hunched over 6 ft of pipe work down there. Does anyone else gear up for tight spaces or am I just getting soft?
