Spilled coffee on a stranger's laptop at a cafe downtown
Was at Joe's Brew on 3rd street last Tuesday. Rushing to grab my latte. Bumped a guy's table. Coffee went all over his MacBook. He was calm about it. Said his work was backed up anyway. We got to talking. Turned out he runs a small cleaning company too. Gave me three solid tips on how to find new clients. Changed how I look at my weekly flyers now. That spill was awkward but the advice was worth more than the dry cleaning bill. Anyone else ever get help from a total random like that?

Man, that's actually how life works more than people realize. The worst moments often crack open doors you'd never find otherwise because everyone's guard is down. It's like the universe pays you back for the awkwardness with a lesson you couldn't get any other way.

Hard to believe a stranger would just hand out business advice that actually works after you wreck his laptop. Most people would be fuming about the repair costs no matter how backed up their files were. Sounds like one of those stories that gets better every time you tell it, you know? I'd like to see those three tips written down before I buy that it was that helpful. Either way, at least you got a conversation out of a mess instead of a lawsuit.
