Spent $60 on a cat water fountain so my cat would quit yelling at me on Zoom
Last Tuesday I was on a call with my boss and my cat Biscuit would not stop meowing at the camera, so I ran out that same day and dropped $60 on one of those running water fountains. Turns out he wasn't thirsty, he just hated the fountain and started knocking it over every morning, which flooded my kitchen floor twice in one week. The worst part was during a FaceTime date on Saturday when he dragged the whole thing into the living room and it gurgled the entire time while I tried to explain what that noise was. So now I'm out 60 bucks and back to a plain bowl, and my date hasn't texted back. Has anyone found a fountain their cat actually likes, or is this just a scam for suckers like me?
