Dropped $85 on a "no dig" garden bed kit at the Portland yard sale and it fell apart in 2 rains
Saw a booth at the Portland Saturday Market selling these cardboard and wood no dig kits, guy swore it would last 5 seasons, so I handed over $85 for two beds. Got them set up in April, felt pretty good about myself. After 2 decent rains the wood sides warped and the cardboard bottom turned to mush, and my tomato starts were sitting in a puddle. I switched to just layering compost right on the lawn with some bricks and honestly it's holding up way better. Did I get got or does anyone actually make one of these kits work?
