I got my license renewed at the Columbus office on a wet Tuesday and the whole place was dead, maybe 15 people in a room built for 200. Turns out everyone reschedules when it rains, so my 40 minute wait turned into 12 minutes. Does anyone else plan their errands around weather like this?
