Dropped $340 on a tower scaffold system and it paid for itself on one chimney job in Gary
Kept borrowing a buddy's old frame scaffold for years and finally got tired of the wobble and the missing pins. Bought the tower setup last spring and used it on a two story chimney rebuild off Broadway in Gary, knocked the whole stack down and rebuilt it in three days with no ladder work. My back and my knees feel the difference and the homeowner even asked what brand it was. Anyone else switch over, and did you go with outriggers or just level the base plates on soft ground?
