Went with airplane mode over a sleep sounds app and my dumb brain finally shut up
For about 2 weeks I was picking between a rain sounds app and just flipping on airplane mode before bed, and airplane mode won because the app kept throwing a random ad at 1am and jolting me awake, so now I'm curious if anyone has a sound app that stays quiet when the screen goes dark.
