Picked brisket over ribs at Franklin's last Tuesday, paid $86 and zero regrets
After 4 years of always ordering ribs, I went with the brisket on a whim and it was so juicy I nearly cried at the counter, has anyone else locked into one cut for way too long?

Funny thing is, I did the exact opposite. Went ribs for years at this place in Lockhart, then tried the brisket once and never looked back. The ribs are good but they're a safer bet, brisket is where the real skill shows. You got lucky with that first try cause when it's off, it's dry, but Franklin's is pretty consistent.
