Switched my fades from a clipper-over-comb to freehand balding, and my chair time in St. Louis dropped by 15 minutes
Back in 2019 I was spending 40 minutes on every fade fighting a comb, but now I drop the guard and blend straight off the head, and I want to know if other barbers here have made that jump or if you still swear by the comb for tight work.
