I was in line at a sandwich place on 5th and overheard two guys saying they get cut for $18 cash across the street, and neither one mentioned the guy never uses a fresh neck strip. That is $18 for a cut and possibly a skin infection, and I keep thinking about it. How do you even bring that up with a barber who is not yours without sounding like a jerk?
