Am I the only one who thinks hot towel shaves are overrated?

Had a guy in chair 3 at my spot on 5th Street last Tuesday ask for the full hot towel treatment and I gotta say, I think it does more for the vibe than the actual cut. I still do them because customers love it, but I stopped pushing them as some must have upgrade. Anyone else feel like a good pair of clippers and steady hands beat the whole spa routine?
