Dropped $34 on a silicone mat that slides, my cookies paid the price
Got a fancy silicone baking mat at a kitchen store in Boise last month and it slides all over the sheet pan when I try to spread dough on it. Lost a whole tray of snickerdoodles when the mat bunched up going into the oven and half the dough ended up on the rack. Anyone know a mat that actually grips the pan or should I just go back to parchment?
