My $4 copy of Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus skipped for 12 minutes, and I think that made it better
I grabbed a used DVD of Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus at a flea market in Mesa for $4 about 3 weeks ago, and the disc froze right when the shark jumps out of the water to eat a plane. My buddies wanted to skip ahead, but we let it sit, and after 12 minutes it just snapped back to normal with no explanation. Honestly the whole room was crying laughing by then, so I'm now convinced a beat up disc beats a clean streaming copy for movie night. Does anyone else hunt down old scratched DVDs on purpose, or is that just me?
