Shoutout to the guy at the Tacoma tideflats who told me crows remember faces
I was standing near the water at Ruston Way last Saturday with my cheap binoculars when this older guy with a scope told me crows can remember a human face for up to 5 years and will pass that grudge on to their kids. I laughed it off until a crow started following me down the same stretch a few days later, and now I'm half convinced I did something rude in a past life. Anyway it got me reading about how they hold meetings and mob owls, which explains a lot about the noisy crew in my neighbor's cedar tree. Has anyone else had crows act like they know you, or is this just a me problem?
