Warning: The trail marker at mile 12 on the Lost Coast Trail was completely wrong last month

I was hiking north from Mattole Beach in early April. The map showed a clear turn at a big rock pile, but the actual marker pointed straight into a steep ravine. My group followed it for about 20 minutes before the path just ended at a cliff edge. We had to backtrack and lost over an hour of daylight. Has anyone else hit that spot recently and seen if it's been fixed?

Check the battery first.
