Showerthought: brokers who quote you in May are way less of a headache than the ones who lowball in August
Moved a Corolla from Phoenix to Portland back in May and the broker had a carrier locked in within a day at $1,050, but the same route in August had three lowball quotes string me along for a week and I still ended up paying more, so does anyone else just eat the summer premium and book early?

Waited a whole week with three lowball quotes? That's wild. I would've lost my mind. Booking in May sounds like the move if it means a carrier is locked in that fast. Three brokers stringing you along and you still paid more is the part that gets me. Summer pricing is already rough without the runaround.
