I booked a transport from Denver to Phoenix last month and the broker told me my 24-hour pickup window was the reason nobody wanted the job, so the car sat for three days. Now I always give a 48-hour window and confirm the driver's actual location the morning of. Has anyone else had a broker push back on a tight window like that?
