Stacking 200 frames was a game changer for my moon shots

I spent like 2 years taking single shots of the moon and always wondered why they looked soft compared to the ones posted here. Last week I finally tried the free stacking tool in DeepSkyStacker after someone on a Discord server told me to just take a video instead of stills. You point your scope at the moon, record 30 seconds of video with a cheap planetary cam I got for 60 bucks, then let the software pick the sharpest 200 frames. My first attempt came out so crisp I could see tiny craters inside the big ones, stuff I never caught before. The trick is using a 2x Barlow lens and letting the seeing settle for a few minutes before recording. Has anyone else had better luck with stacking vs lucky imaging on planets too? I am trying Saturn next and want to know what frame count actually matters.
