Went to Sakura-Con and the 18+ panel crowd was way louder than the main stage
I was in Seattle last weekend for Sakura-Con and everyone talked about the big hall guests, but honestly the smaller voice actor panels had twice the energy. One room had maybe 80 people and they were cheering like it was a stadium show. Am I the only one who thinks the big stage stuff is overrated and the low key panels are where the real fans show up?

Big crowds mean the big names, that's where the money and the best known talent get their time in the spotlight. A room of 80 people cheering loud just means it's a smaller, tighter group, not that the event itself matters more. The main stage sets the tone for the whole con and pulls in everyone, so it deserves the hype it gets.
